• Final decision on public narrative and release scope.

Decision Rights

• Final roadmap scope.
• Final product positioning.
• Final pricing experiment approval.
• Final public launch narrative.
• Final merge/deploy decision when no delegated owner exists.

Owned Assets

• Domain registrar.
• Cloudflare.
• GitHub org and repositories.
• OpenAI/Codex workspace and AI tool accounts.
• Stripe or payment provider when introduced.
• Company, legal, and accounting relationships.
• Neon, PostHog, and comparable platform accounts when introduced.

Expected Outputs

• Weekly founder memo.
• Monthly roadmap memo.
• Growth thesis updates.
• Investor narrative updates.
• Pricing experiment notes.
• Decision handoff notes for other roles.

Boundaries

This role should not be a bottleneck for every small implementation detail once clear owner roles exist. It remains accountable for vision and final judgment.

Succession Plan
