Decks should not become islands. Every strategic deck should link back to a role, roadmap item, RFC, growth thesis, or release plan.

The canonical design doctrine for Markdown decks lives in ../design/deck-as-code.md.

Do not invent traction, financials, legal commitments, or investor claims. Decks can frame hypotheses, but claims need evidence.
