An External App can describe:
- title;
- URL and domain;
- platform;
- category;
- embed status;
- launch mode;
- tags;
- owner space;
- preview metadata.
Platform Examples
- Notion Sites for public pages and team knowledge homes;
- Obsidian Publish for markdown vault publishing;
- Cloudflare Pages for static docs and app previews;
- Vercel for generated and deployed frontend apps;
- Netlify for portfolio and static sites;
- GitHub Pages for repository-backed demos;
- v0, Lovable, Bolt, and Claude Artifacts for AI-generated app and page outputs;
- personal landing pages, docs sites, and demo sites for user-owned web assets.
Early state is URL registry plus mock preview and open rules. Mid state can add user-configured URL registry, real embed checks, screenshot previews, and desktop publish flows. Later state can add external app manifests, community gallery, user spaces, and permission-aware launch.
