Subscription Tracker is a mock-first /app surface for recurring digital
services. It helps users review monthly spend, annualized spend, renewal dates,
categories, owners, currencies, and reminders before real billing integrations
exist.
Phase 1
- Register
subscription-trackerat/app/subscription-tracker. - Show summary cards for monthly total, annualized total, renewals, and top category.
- Show a subscription table with provider, plan, amount, cycle, status, owner, and next billing date.
- Show a trend chart, category breakdown, upcoming renewals, and review prompts.
- Use mock records for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub, Cloudflare, iCloud, Spotify, Netflix, Figma, and VPN.
Phase 2+
- Add renewal notifications.
- Link renewal records to Prox Wallet bills.
- Add CSV import and export.
- Add AI spend review after AI Context permissions are available.
Non-goals
- No payment processing.
- No automatic cancellation.
- No bank, email, Stripe, App Store, or browser extension integration.
- No real user financial data.
Data Boundary
All records are static fixtures bundled with the app. Currency conversion is a rough UI estimate for mock summaries only.
Relationships
Subscription Tracker should eventually connect to Notifications, Prox Wallet, Files, Search, and AI Context. Until those contracts exist, it remains a local mock OS app.
