Governance docs describe how Prox OS turns product intent, roles, assets, roadmaps, AI work, and external contribution into inspectable operating records.

GitHub and repo docs remain the source of truth. The OS-native Governance Console is a visibility surface over those records, not a replacement for GitHub, ADRs, RFCs, or release plans.
