Dreams moved from the generic /app folder into /app-health because dream records naturally sit beside sleep, mood, mindfulness, and night notes. The old /app/dreams route is kept as a shell compatibility alias and normalizes to the new route when opened.

The app remains a reflective journaling surface, not a medical or psychological diagnosis tool.
