This document describes the product-level content boundary for Prox OS surfaces. It is written for product planning, platform design, and early operations readiness.

Allowed Content At A High Level

Prox OS is designed for personal workspaces, developer tooling, creative projects, private memory surfaces, team knowledge, research datasets, app bundles, and community resources when those surfaces are enabled by the relevant product profile.

Lawful political expression may exist in global contexts where it is allowed, but Prox OS is not positioned as a political organizing product. Platform abuse, threats, violence, terrorism, targeted harassment, doxxing, and illegal content remain prohibited.

Prohibited Abuse

The platform should not support:

  • Illegal activity coordination.
  • Malware, credential theft, phishing, or account takeover.
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, and deceptive public hosting.
  • Terrorist content or violent extremist promotion.
  • Threats, targeted harassment, stalking, or doxxing.
  • Child safety violations.
  • Non-consensual intimate content.
  • Public hosting abuse, spam, and platform evasion.
  • Attempts to misuse hosted infrastructure for harmful automation.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content requires additional product controls before public sharing:

  • Clear generated-content indicators where useful.
  • Prompt injection and sensitive-context warning surfaces.
  • Public-sharing controls for generated artifacts.
  • Abuse reporting and takedown paths for hosted public artifacts.
  • Human review paths for high-risk reports.

Public UGC Default

Public user-generated content is disabled by default. It should only launch after the UGC Launch Gate is satisfied for the target product profile.
