This checklist describes what must exist before Prox OS enables public user-generated content in a hosted environment.

Current status: product planning and documentation only. This does not mean production-grade readiness is complete.

Launch Checklist

• Content policy exists.
• Report abuse entry exists.
• Takedown queue exists.
• Admin suspend, disable, or unpublish action exists.
• Public/private visibility is enforced by backend systems.
• Search indexing can be disabled for sensitive or restricted content.
• Sitemap and noindex rules exist.
• User data export and delete path exists.
• Audit log exists.
• Emergency kill switch exists.
• Rate limits exist.
• Terms and privacy docs exist.
• Human review path exists for high-risk reports.

The launch gate applies to public profiles, public Spaces, public comments, public search over user content, recommendation feeds, public app submission, public AI-generated posts, and public hosted Moments.
