China Political Risk Boundaries

This document uses neutral product risk language. It defines platform and product boundaries only.

Positioning

Prox OS should not be positioned as a political activism platform. In global contexts, lawful political expression may exist where allowed, but platform abuse remains prohibited.

Prohibited platform abuse includes threats, violence, terrorism, targeted harassment, doxxing, illegal content, and misuse of hosted infrastructure.

Product Boundary

Do not mix China-local product promises with global public UGC assumptions. If a future China-specific route exists, it should isolate:

• Brand messaging.
• Product availability.
• Data boundaries.
• Domain and hosting boundaries.
• Moderation and abuse-response boundaries.

Implementation Guidance

Use region profiles and feature availability gates. Avoid ad hoc per-button hiding as the only control.
